Paul Oliver
With over 30 years experience, Kratos Global CEO, Paul Oliver has worked alongside an incredible array of professionals in the niche roles he has held. This has allowed Paul to build strong working relationships with a variety of specialists drawn from amongst the very best the security industry has to offer. This allows Kratos Global to provide a bespoke, effective security solution whatever the problem.
Paul has participated as a consultant in Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) counter terrorism projects overseas and was the operational lead in a national review into the UK response to a mainland terrorist attack. Paul was the Police Counter Terrorism Liaison Officer appointed to UK Special Forces from 2011 - 2017.
In the commercial sector Paul has worked extensively with some of the highest profile clients worldwide including international soccer teams and Formula 1 racing teams in locations such as the USA, South America and the Middle East.
As an expert in the field of counter terrorism including defence planning against terrorist attacks, Paul has acted as an advisor to senior foreign and domestic governments, military and police officials and he has worked extensively with commercial interests in the private sector.
Most recently Paul has worked in the Middle East where he has integrated cutting edge command and control technology and structures into day to day operations. Paul was responsible for the overall command, control and management of the main operations centre which supported daily operations for over 100 major sporting and cultural events. The event itself saw in excess of 5 million visitors.
As a highly effective relationship manager, Paul understands how to balance competing demands to achieve a common goal. Using clear rationale, specialist knowledge and diplomatic pragmatism to influence opinion at all levels to help deliver best practice.
